Paypal is our default payment method, available for all our customers. You will be redirected to Paypal gateway to make payment by funds available on your Paypal account, or by debit or credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express.
We offer some more payment methods for your comfort and confidence. If you do not have any considerations which payment method to choose, please read following simple rules:
- Paypal available and suitable for all our customers from all over the World as major option;
- Paysera gateway will accept payments by Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards; payments from accounts on Webmoney and Giropay; will provide easy and smooth online payment from your local EU Bank account (available not for all banks);
- Manual Bank transfer to our Luminor Bank account. This payment available only for EU customers, and will take up to one working day. You will receive payment instructions in order confirmation email to manually make a bank transfer payment. You may ask for Proforma Invoice before paying as well.
We ship WORLDWIDE from Vilnius, Lithuania. All orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days after we receive payment. Usually we ship three times a week: on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All small stickers are shipped in bubble envelope with cardboard inserts. All large decals are shipped rolled in boxes with bubble wrap protection.
As the standard shipping method we offer Lithuania Post - all orders will be shipped as registered, Priority packages with tracking numbers. Standard shipping price – 3.99 EUR for all orders. Orders 64 EUR and over qualify for free standard shipping by Lithuania Post. Although our standard shipping method is the cheapest one, it takes longest period for packages to arrive at destination.
Approximate shipping time by Lithuania Post:
- to European countries - 1-2 weeks
- to United States, Canada, Australia - 2-3 weeks
- for some countries shipping time may take up to 4 weeks
What you should bear in mind about our standard shipping by Lithuania Post: unfortunately we very occasionally experience delays in our shipping due to customs inspection to non EU countries. This can delay your packet for up to four weeks. Unfortunately we have no control over this occurrence and can only recommend patience! Please contact us if your packet is significantly late in arriving.
Apart our standard shipping carrier, for orders 22 EUR and over, we offer additional DPD Classic shipping. And for orders 60 EUR and over - FedEx International Priority service. DPD will be available for customers from European Union countries only (except Malta and Cyprus). Shipping by FedEx is available worldwide with some exceptions. Shipping time and prices varies, and depends on carrier and shipping destination. Your shopping cart will reflect estimated shipping charges and available shipping services. In case if your order qualifies for free standard shipping, but you are short in time - you may choose one of these carriers. DPD or FedEx will deliver your order within 2-6 working days.
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
Tracking of shipped orders
Tracking of all purchases, shipped by Lithuania Post, may be tracked on Lithuania post tracking system, with tracking number provided in order shipment confirmation email. Please follow this link: Lithuania post. Unfortunately Lithuania Post records package full track not for all directions. All parcels, shipped by Lithuania Post, will be handled by your local/national post office. Tracking information will be available at their tracking systems after package arrives at destination country post sorting facility. Information appears usually within 5-10 working days after package is shipped. E.g. USA buyers should visit USPS for their purchases.
Tracking numbers and additional tracking information will be provided in order shipment confirmation email, or may be accessed by logging to your account.

If you believe that your order may have got lost or delayed please feel free to send us an email, with order reference number provided.
Returns. Yes, it happens. And we accept returns without any question. If you do not like product you`ve purchased, or you have changed your mind - don`t hesitate to write us an email about your intention. There are simple rules for returns:
- Login to your account and follow the link "Merchandise Returns" in your account home page
- you may return not all your purchase (in case you`ve purchased multiple items), but only one or some of the items
- we only accept stickers in their original packaging unopened
- original purchase invoice must include in returning package
- roll carefully large decals in bubble wrap before packaging in the box
- we accept returns within 30 days after you receive your order
- ship package to our return address and provide tracking number (if applicable)
- when we get them we`ll contact you - and refund you the value of the products
- we can not refund the shipping cost.
